SHARE A LIVE RECEIPT

Transparency and agreement about what has been ordered to a table is cirical to ensure a smooth closr out process.

To share a Live Receipt with your guest, simply tap the three dots at the top right of the tables page and select “View Tab”. The tab page includes a QR code which can be dispayed to the guest and a field into which you can input any email or mobile phone number. The Live Receipt will show what payements have been made, and will be marked as “Final” only when the table is closed.

CLOSE THE TABLE

To close a table, return to the Tables tap and wipe left on the table you wish to close. If there are no outstanding payments, the table will close out and the tab session will be saved.

PROCESS OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS

A table can not be closed until all outstanding payments have been collected.

If you are not authorized to collect payments yourself, you can “Request Cash”, “Request Card” or “Request Comp” and a manager will be notified to collect the payment.
