SHARE A RECEIPT

Transparency and agreement about what has been ordered at the table is critical to ensure a smooth close-out process.

To share a Live Receipt with your guest:

  • Tap the “Tab” tile at the top of the table’s Menu tab.
  • The tab page will display a QR code that can be shown to the guest.
  • You can also enter an email address or mobile phone number to send the receipt directly.

The Live Receipt will show all payments made and will be marked as “Final” only when the table is closed.

CLOSE THE TABLE

To close a table:

  • Return to the Tables tab.
  • Swipe left on the table you wish to close.

If there are no outstanding payments, the table will close and the tab session will be saved.

PROCESS OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS

A table cannot be closed until all outstanding payments have been collected.

If you are not authorized to collect payments yourself, you can select:

  • “Request Cash”
  • “Request Card”
  • “Request Comp”

A manager will be notified to complete the payment.
