Dashboard Data

On our dashboard we highlight some key metrics for your venue.

  • Regular Bookers - The number of customers who are booking regularly.
  • One Time Bookers - The number of customers who are booking for the first time, and are not returning.
  • Booker Churn - The number of customers who have previously booked regularly but have ceased attending recently.
  • Churning Soon - The number of customers who have booked regularly in the past, but are not yet churned.
  • Guest Lifetime Value - The average value of a guest over their lifetime visitng your venue.
  • Biggest Guest Value- The highest value of a guest over their lifetime visiting your venue.
  • Visit Frequency - The average number of days between visits for a guest.
  • Spend Avrg - The average spend of a regular guest.
  • Regular Guests - The number of guests who are currently considered regulars. Guests are not bookers, but people who have visited your venue on guestlists.
  • One Time Guests - The number of guests who have visited your venue only once.
  • All Visitors - The total number of guests who have visited your venue.
  • Upsell Avrg - The average upsell value of a guest in your venue.

  • Guest Graph - Highlights your regular booker count over time in contrast to the number of new bookers.

  • Upsell Avrg - The average upsell value of a guest in your venue.
  • Revanue - The total revenue of your venue over the selected period.
  • Commited - The total amount of this revanue that was commited by guests before entering the venue.
  • Seating Avrg - The average seating value of a guest in your venue.
  • Upsell Avrg - The average upsell value of a guest in your venue.

  • Turnaround Avrg - The average turnaround time on bottles and mixers in your venue..
  • Shortest Turnaround - The shortest turnaround time on bottles and mixers in your venue.
  • Orders - The total number of orders in your venue.
  • Avrg Items - The average number of items in an order in your venue.

Table Totals

The table totals report gives you a breakdown of seating sessions in your venue. This is broken down by Table, Seating and Orders.

You can select the date or period you would like to view by selecting the date, from the picker in the bottom right.

Turnaround & Performance

The turnaround report shows four major statistics over the longer term of your venue. These are: Turnaround Time, Revenue, Upsell and Avrg Seating

Bookings Performance

The Bookings performance report is still in development, but at the moment it shows a breakdown of individual bookings for events in the venue as well as some aggregated statistics for the reporting period.

Payments Reconciliation

This report shows every individual payment that has been made in the venue. You can filter out methods by selecting the checkboxes in the top left.

Each payment will have a total, a date, a user, and a status. In some cases it will also show a reference id to a order or booking.

Staff Reporting

You can find staff reporting information in the Staff tab. More detail can be found in User Management.
