Waiters are most effective when they can emphasize service quality and build relationships. DQ is designed to maximize the face-time waiters can spend with guests so that they can amplify revenue and customer experience outcomes for your venue.

Guest Arrival

When the guest is checked in at the door, the waiter assigned to their table will receive a notification via the DQ Pro app. By tapping on this notificaiton, the waiter can view information about the booking such as included items, minimum spends or guest lists. If the guest has visited before, helpful metrics, tags and purchase history can also be viewed.

2

Order

The waiter should focus first on any included items. Included items will apppear under the “Package” menu category. Orders for other items can be placed for the table at any time by navigating the menu and following checkout prompts.

At checkout, the waiter may choose to take payment using Tap to Pay or other digitial payment methods. Alternatively, they may request to have a manager collect cash, pay wth a card or approve a request to ‘comp’ the order.
