# Accessing your account

> Logging in for the first time and navigating DQ

    You will have recieved an SMS message with a 6-character temporary password from DQ or your venue administrator. You will have permissions to access both desktop site and mobile app.

    If you would like to log in to the desktop site, click below and log in with your email address and the temporary password you recieved.

    If you would like to use the mobile app, first download the DQ Pro app and login with your email and your password.  If you have not yet set a pasword, use the temporary password you recieved via SMS.

    Please note that you will be required to change the temporary password during your first log in to either the app or the desktop site.

  <Accordion title="I'm a Manager">
    As a manager, you have complete access to the DQ Pro mobile app for in-service use, seating bookings, managing staff, ordering, payments and communication.

    You should have recieved an SMS with a 6-character temporary password.  Download the DQ Pro app and log in with your phone number and the temporary password you recieved.

    You will be prompted to change the password after the first login.

  <Accordion title="I'm a Waiter or Runner">
    As a Waiter or Runner you have access to our mobile app for in-service use and operations. Depending on your specific permissions, this may include include ordering, order management, payments and communication.

    You should have recieved an SMS with a 6-character temporary password when you were added to DQ by your manager. Download the DQ Pro app and log in with your phone number and the temporary password you recieved.

    You will be promoted to change the password after the first log in.

    Note that if you use the DQ Pro app at another venue, you will not receive an SMS. In this case, please log out of the previous venue, and log in again with your existing credentials. You will be prompted to select the venue you wish to access.

    As a promoter you have access to our mobile app to view and promote upcoming events and to see bookings attributed to you.

    You should have recieved an SMS with a 6-character temporary password. Download the DQ Pro app and log in with your phone number and the temporary password you recieved.
